A Few Helpful Movie Story Lines To Check Out

By Cory Hurley

For a long time we have used the video store as one of our main ways to access movies. As technologies have advanced, downloading dvds off movie download sites is becoming very common. Here are some examples of movies you can acquire through a movie download site.

White Noise: Jonathan Rivers has lost his wife Anne. Then, he is contacted by a man who claims to have heard Anne's voice, and has a recording of it. Then Jonathan himself captures a recording of Anne's voice, and an image of her on video. Anne's message to Jonathan is to find the brutal killer that took her life, so he won't harm anyone else.

Metroland: Chris Bale, an easy going wedded gentleman, is visited by his oldest buddy, a vagabond poet, who convinces him to reflect on his Bohemian nights in late '60s Paris and query the value of his life in London suburbia. Adrian Hodges adjusted Julian Bames' novel. Cast includes Christian Bale, Emily Watson, Lee Ross, Elsa Zylberstein, Rufus, Jonathan Aris, Ifan Meredith, Amanda Ryan, and John Wood. (97 minutes, 1998)

From Russia With Love: Second James Bond film is one of the best; lots of anticipation and action, and one of the lengthiest, most arousing fight scenes ever orchestrated. Lenya makes an extremely wicked spy flick. Cast includes Sean Connery, Daniela Bianchi, Latte Lenya, Robert Shaw, Bernard Lee, and Lois Maxwell. (118 minutes, 1963)

Cast includes Megan Follows, Peter Brosnan, Adam Ant, Anna-Maria Monticelli, Hector Mercado, and Mary Woronov. (75 minutes, 1990)

Bellissima: Obvious drama in reference to pushy, pitying mom Magnani, infatuated to the point of hysteria with getting her cute, compliant little girl into films. The movie is loud while it should be delicate, and eventually grows tiresome. Cast includes Anna Magnani, Walter Chiari, Tina Apicella, Gastone Renzelli, and Alessandro Blasetti. (112 minutes, 1952)

Starsky and Hutch: Starsky and Hutch are detectives in the Bay City police department. These two are undercover cops back in the 70's. Somehow these two total opposites combine to make a great detective team.

Follow the Fleet: Admirable musical with sai;or Astaire and Scott courting siblings Rogers and Hilliard. Irving Berlin melodies contain "Let's Face the Music and Dance," "Let Yourself Go," "We Noticed the Ocean." A revising of Beach Leave, a 1925 Richard Barthelmess flick, and the 1930 film Hit the Deck. That's Lucille Ball as Cat. Cast includes Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, Randolph Scott, Harriet Hilliard Nelson, Astrid AlIwyn, and Betty Grable. (110 minutes, 1936)

Gus: The football kicking mule leads a last-place team to success; crooks try to abduct Gus with typical outcomes like a weak chase scene in this anticipation thriller. Cast includes Edward Asner, Don Tangles, Gary Dirties, Tim Conway, Freedom Williams, Dick Minivan Patten, and Dick Butkus. (96 minutes, 1976)

Trackdown: Montana rancher (Jim Mitchum) comes to L.A. looking for his sister, who has fallen into a seamy life in the streets. Not much depth however lots of action. Cast includes Jim Mitchum, Karen Larnm, Anne Archer, Erik Estrada, Cathy Lee Crosby, and Vince Cannon. (98 minutes, 1976)

Okay, if you're looking for downloads, try phrases like "Film Rental". Not all searches get the right result. If the first one fails to work out try another one. See if "Movie Direct" gets a better result.

Is the No Nonsense Program a Vince Delmonte Scam?

By Lance Poteat

Vince Delmonte scam may be what you googled in order to find this. I did the same thing before I brought the program so I can tell you that I know exactly where you're coming from. You want to make sure that your hard earned money doesn't go to waste.

Is a Vince Delmonte scam merely all this program is? After all, there have been tons of programs pushed on television and online, promising to be the next big thing and the greatest thing known to man.

That's why I'm here to help you out. I want to tell you of my experience with the program, and how I ultimately came to a conclusion about the program that I'll share with you as I tell you my story.

It was last winter that I found out about this plan. I had a friend from high school who I hadn't seen in a few years. He was always one of the skinnier kids in high school and I don't remember ever seeing him in a gym. Let me tell you though, he looked jacked.

I couldn't believe the difference when I saw him. He must have been at least 150, as he had put on some serious size. I'm not talking about fat, or the freshman 15"that others talk about so often. This really looked like pure muscle mass.

I thought he had to have been taking some kind of supplement (maybe even an illegal one, if you know what I mean) to get these kinds of results. It really made no sense to me, and finally I had to ask him what was up. He had been following the Vince Delmonte plan for close to a year, and this was what he had to show for it.

I decided to do some reading online to learn more about the program, but I was still worried that a Vince Delmonte scam could've been all that this was. Maybe he was really juicing but conveniently covered it up with the Vince Delmonte program, something he'd never actually used himself.

I was sick of looking the same every month after spending so much time in the gym, and since the price was about one month's worth of gym membership, I decided it was definitely worth taking the chance on.

All that I can tell you is this program absolutely works. The people who don't see the results didn't follow his recommendations and probably didn't spend much time in the gym. This definitely requires a commitment, but you'll get exactly what you're looking for it you put in the effort. Have no worries about a Vince Delmonte scam, as the only real risk is the chance of you not putting in the time.

Some Informations On RTG Casinos

Don't rush into it though! Make sure that you read a few things about RTG casinos first. There are a lot of rules to follow, and they are there for a reason, after all, without rules there would just be chaos!

Play Mechanics

Before you begin to play, there is software to install. The RTG site that you are using will have this software and it will be readily available. So long as you actually have a computer and internet connection, this will be no problem.

Prepare to play, but only after you do these things:

*To begin your download, you will want to pick an RTG casino, and when you have done this, it's time to register. Create a new account in the lobby, and then decide how you want to deposit money into the account. There are many methods that you can use. You could use a credit card, or you could use a wire transfer. It's really up to you, and the options available will depend on what RTG you use. Finish your registration process and click OK.

*You will need to head over to the lobby to deposit your money. When you go there, there should be a 'Cashier' option. This will allow you to make your preferred deposit and you will get in on the game, which is what you've been waiting for.

It's pretty easy to get into the game. There are likely a lot of tables available, and you need only sit down at one. Whether you Video slots, progressive games, real series, whatever you want. You're sure to have a great time!

* Make sure that you stick with players of your own skill. By doing this you will ensure that everyone has a fun and challenging experience. If you wish to move up in the ranks, play some games for fun so you'll get the hang of the harder games.

* There is usually a chat function, but make sure that you use it with care. Do not abuse the chat with profanities or hate slurs. This can only lead to trouble for you later on.

*If you wish to chat or speak in forums, RTG casinos will demand that yous peak English. Please understand that this isn't a discrimination of any kind, it is simply the most common language, and it is easier if everyone speak it.

Play Limits

When you gamble, you want to make sure that you at least to t responsibly. Yes, it can be a hassle, but set limits for yourself so that you don't end up becoming addicted. When the limit is reached it's quite simple: stop gambling. Don't let it tear your life apart, and don't walk away from everything you know just because of a gambling addiction.

If you follow the rules and set your limits, then you're bound to have a great time with RTG casinos. So get to it, and enjoy!

Karate Moves You Should Know To Protect Yourself

By Tim Danners

Karate is known to been an effective form of marital arts, so why is it so and what moves are there that we can learn today to get an idea of its effectiveness? First off, you should know that karate was originally developed by ordinary farming folks in Okinawa, Japan. Tired of being attacked and pillaged by armed bandits. These people took it upon themselves to develop a form of empty-handed combat which were effective against these mounted raiders.

Weapons were forbidden to be carried by the common Japanese folks if they were not samurai or the warrior class. This is one of the main reasons why you see flying or high kicks in karate. It was due to the necessity in knocking off these bandits or warriors from their horses.

Now what are some of the moves we can analyze that shows the effectiveness of these karate moves? Among the many moves, there are some common effective ones, like the back hand lash, the bottom fist, side hand hammer blow and choker.

Lets take a quick look at these. The back hand lash was one of the original attack moves in karate and how it is done is that when an opponent comes at you, you lash out with your palms straightened and tightened. It works like a plank of wood being smashed against the enemy's ribs.

For the bottom fist it is delivered best against an enemy that is wearing amour. In the olden days, most warriors wore some form of armor. What this meant was that normal killing blows to the soft vulnerable spots were not feasible. Hence this move was created to smash against hard armor, thereby creating concussion effects on the enemy. Hitting it on the head is effective as it can disorient and even knock out the enemy.

Another move sometimes used by karate practitioners is the heel of palm attack. As the name implies, your striking surface is the heel of the palm. This is powerful for several reasons. If delivered correctly and with connection power, the blow can be devastating to the opponent and can knock them out pretty quick.

Karaoke Songs During Live Performances - Song Selection

By Nellie Hasburn

The biggest decision that any karaoke singer has to make for karaoke is what song they should undertake on stage. There are literally thousands of tracks available with most karaoke sets, so it can be demoralizing looking through the massive book of songs, but if you keep in mind a few tips it will make your night simpler, and allow as much enjoyment as possible.

First, ensure that you choose a karaoke track that suits your voice. Whether it is your first time or 101st time, you have to determine that you can accomplish at least majority of the tones you need. If you have a deep voice, there is no point of picking out music stars like Celine Dion or Whitney Houston, and the same goes for high-pitch voices; Barry White should be out of the question. Alternatively choose karaoke tracks that fit within your vocal range, and that way instead of worrying about if you can hit that challenging note coming up, you will be able to relax and just savor the song.

Choosing the proper karaoke song also depends on what you are getting up stage for. If you are with acquaintances, and looking at getting up as a group for a bit of fun, it is wise to choose an up-tempo song that fits your mood instead of a weak ballad. If you are a regular, and want to take something a bit more challenging, there is nothing incorrect in choosing a slower song if you can address it.

If you're celebrating an adult / older folks birthday with a karaoke party. You require to recognize what songs to select. Do your preparation. You don't want to take any old karaoke song; you want to pick out karaoke music that invokes a sensation of nostalgia. Determine what songs were hot when the party honoree grew up. Your better bet is to discover the top 10 songs of each year or decade and establish your play list round those songs.

But a modest point to think about most karaoke bars is that most people are out to have a good time, so preferring a slow and depressing song that does not genuinely fit the ambience of the room can have drastic consequences.

Last, when selecting your karaoke track it is optimal to find a song with a melodic phrase and words that you are at least intimate with. You do not have to recognise every song you get up stage for off by heart (thats why the karaoke screens are there to assist you) but opting a karaoke song that you have heard more than once or twice will give you a bit more confidence in singing on stage.

What Makes Elliptical Machines Different?

By Sean Patrick

In many gyms, elliptical machines are the most piece of equipment. Even though there are skeptics who right off ellipticals as "fads", they are actually popular because they are superior to the competition. These are the three key ways in which elliptical machines crush the competition:

Elliptical machines work the entire body. The newer models of elliptical machines work out the muscles in the lower and upper body at the same time, leaving the user with an unparalleled full-body workout. Not only does this help the body build more healthy muscle mass, but it also increases coordination through simultaneous movement, as well as better balance. Since the arms and legs share the workout, elliptical machines also help heal muscle imbalances that are often found in middle age to older individuals.

They increase cardiovascular endurance. Many exercise machines primarily work only the lower body due to a lack of upper body rotation or even movement. This often results in unbalanced training and a false sense of endurance building. Because they upper body does not receive equal training in comparison to the legs. Ellipticals resolve the problem by allowing full distribution of resistance between the lower and upper body - resulting in a pure optimal cardiovascular workout that truly builds muscular endurance throughout the whole body.

They do not damage the joints. Elliptical machines offer the users a full body quality work out that is often received by activities such as running or walking, while at the same time not doing the damage to the joints that is constantly a problem that older individuals experience because of their past exercises. This is possible because ellipticals offer the natural rotation of the hip and knee joints without the impact pressure of walking or running.

They're easier on the mind, too. The steady, even motion of elliptical machines allows users to enjoy music, read books, and watch TV in a way that is impossible on some other exercise machines. (To use treadmills safely, for instance, you require a certain amount of concentration.) The rhythmic motion of elliptical machines is also helpful in triggering the "relaxation response" that is associated with activities such as meditation.

What Are The Benefits Of A Past Life Regression?

By Jon J Collings

They say, only twenty five percent of people believe that reincarnation exists. This does not prove it does not exist. Have you ever felt inclined towards or perhaps realized you had the ability (talent) for something and wondered where that talent came from? You are, I am sure, what I am referring to. In our daily lives we sometimes feel a strong connection to something and can think of no reason for it. It could, perhaps, have been something in your past life that was important to you.

Unfortunately, its possible existence or validity is overlooked by many people and tends to be ignored. The opportunity to expand personally is missed out by that person or persons. To discover who they were in the past and who they are today, in the present. Ignoring information received on their past lives makes it easy to impede personal growth and to achieve success.

As a matter of fact extensive research has shown that past life regression is a very powerful tool in helping people with emotional problems.

The clearing and healing trauma, is a very common benefit of life regression. We have two choices when trauma happens and we can either try to change it of face it straight on. As we talk of life regression and of facing trauma, the option to rescue the past and help the individual (him or her) to continue to move ahead and get into a position where the trauma will be available for viewing by a higher self, as a whole.

Contacting our creative sides is possible with the help of past life regression. Without exception, everyone is imbued with many talents and abilities which can help with guiding them in making choices and dealing with situations that they experience throughout their life. Going back into past lives with life regression makes it possible to bring these abilities forward to use as a inner guide.

A past life transgression can be rewritten with the help of past life regression. Karma, the full circle of life, means whatever you do, good or bad, will eventually come back to haunt you. If an another individual is involved it may be a contract or promise made in a past life and you have a need to become free of this agreement or contract. To do this you need to go back to that time period of agreement or contract was made. You can go back with the help of an inner guide and decide to either atone or see if the contract can be modified to help with your present situation.

There is a benefit to going back to a past life using regression and its significant. It is the affirmation and grounding of ones self.

It is not uncommon for people who go through past life regression to feel more grounded, more aware of who they are as a person. This is due to the fact that they now know why they have certain characteristics, talents, connections, desires and passions. Having the information that explains why enables them to embrace who they are as a person and live a more complete balanced life.

When experts in the field of past life regression are asked, they agree that a person can enhance and improve their life when they practice past life regression. They will remember theses past lives and start to fulfill their ambitions and live a more complete life in the present.

You think you experience feelings of simple figments of imagination, but a catharsis will begin, opening your mind, breaking down barriers that are blocking your achievement efforts giving you the ability to achieve everything you want in your life.

Lets recap briefly the benefits to you from life regression, including the ability to deal with traumatic situations of the past, enabling the move forward in the present. By dealing with the issues of past lives enables you to better deal with making better decisions presently, using experience we have had in the past.

If you know the history of your past lives, you can avoid making the same mistakes in the present. Its a worldwide truth and also of your personal life. Knowing if you have been dishonest and have paid the price, this can also help you change your bad (old) habits and improve your present life for the better.

The most beneficial part of past life regressions, however, is all the knowledge you have obtained. A more complete understanding of who you are, what you are and why you are who you are. You know have the opportunity, here in the present, to live more completely and a more balanced life. To live to your fullest potential, utilizing all your talents, abilities and skills. All that you never knew you possessed.

The Canuck Fan Condition

By Lisa Ovens

Well let's see ...so far we've has a sum total of two home games this post season. What does that get us? The Province Newspaper is asking readers for parade route ideas, a facebook group has been created to petition the engraving of the late Luc Bourdon's name onto the Stanley Cup the Canucks have yet to win, and we've had our first riot in Surrey, oops, my mistake, our first riot at the Surrey/ Delta border (Surrey slash Delta: what? Neither area wants to own up to the riot so they decided to share it?).

The Canuck fan condition at its peak? I doubt it.

I love the Stanley Cup Playoffs, and I am forever fascinated by what it does to everybody. When the Canucks are in the playoffs, there are two kinds of fans: those that get ahead of themselves and think the Cup is ours, and those that don't. And listening to the two groups clash has become a regular event for me these days. One side gets pumped up, and then the other side swoops in and tries to settle it down.

These are exciting times, and reveling in our first ever sweep is pretty cool. Yes, we are on our way to somewhere. Personally once I see the Aston Martin DB9's cruising around the Westside accessorized with Canuck car flags, I will know the fever has thoroughly spread. Until such time, I'll continue to check out the crazy Canuck online poll questions, peruse new Canucks Facebook groups, and make time to sneak away from the Internet, the chatter on sports talk radio, and soak up a little sun while its here. Living in the moment is about all I can do.

The Canuck Fan Tradition:

There are fans out there wanting to establish new Vancouver Canucks playoff traditions. I guess the simplicity of waving a white towel isn't enough for some anymore. Singing one verse of the anthem without the aid of the anthem singer doesn't cut it either, despite the fact fans in other NHL Cities love the way we do it here in Vancouver.

Thanks to Calgary's mighty Sea of Red, some Canuck fans, especially the younger ones, are either suffering from feelings of inadequacy or just desperate for something to call their own. Color coordinating the crowd in GM Place will take some time and some work. The Flying V and Skate logo enthusiasts aren't about to change to the new colors and logo now.

How many traditions do we really need? Are people really going for quantity over quality? For those wanting more consider early parade route planning a tradition. And due to multiple Canucks uniforms and logos, we could add identity crisis to the list.

But still we should feel good about the playoff traditions already in place.

Have no fear, little ones, ours is a Sea of Eras, and it sings in unison, united by white terry cloth and the enduring desire to see the Canucks and the Stanley Cup slowly make their way down our city streets.

Top 8 Ways To Spot A Poker Bluff (Even Online!)

Spotting a poker bluff online is tricky. In offline play, you can watch body language and get physical cues as to when someone is bluffing. Usually unless they are a professional, all poker players give off signs they are bluffing through body language. Online, though, you don't have the ability to read body language, so how can you tell if someone is bluffing?

People still give off signals, even online, that they are bluffing. Some are better at covering, but others are a little loose and easy to catch. Either way, the following are 8 ways that you can spot a poker bluff online.

1. Pay attention to chatter. Some people cannot seem to hold their tongue. Some people who bluff will be chatting away. What they say may not match up to how they play and that is what you are watching for. Players may just reveal their bluff in what they say without ever realizing it.

2. A person bluffing may raise before the flop and quickly raise again. They are driving up the pot and hoping you don't have a hand you feel confident about.

3. If someone jumps into the game quickly or chooses to sits out and then changes their mind right as the cards are being dealt then they are someone to watch. They probably won't have a good hand, but are simply impatient. If they keep raising or they call quickly then chances are they are bluffing.

4. It is always smart to watch someone who goes all in with a low show on the table. This person may just be ready to call it a day and figures why not go out on a high note.

5. Get to know playing styles. The best players mix up their style, but your average player will usually follow the same general patterns. If someone starts playing odd then they should be watched. They may have a good hand, but chances are they are trying to bluff. Get to know the other players styles so you can spot when things are not quite right.

6. Watch aggressive or loose players. If you notice someone who is always playing aggressively then you never really know when to trust them because they cannot possible have an amazing hand every time.

7. Another thing about watching players - watch what is shown at the end. If someone keeps falling short then you know they like to bluff and you will keep an eye on them in the future.

8. People who play fast are a danger. Someone who is just playing fast and not putting thought into what they are doing is a loose cannon. They may not even have a clue how to play. Don't let them get you. Watch what they play and don't buy into their bluff.

These 8 ways to spot a poker bluff should help you to start being able to cut through the bluffs that are thrown your way online. After some practice and some time you should start to be able to spot online bluffs just as easily as you do during an offline game.

Positive Or Negative Focus

By Jason Kendall

Look at any Best Seller list in bookshops today, and it'll be populated with autobiographies of the rich and famous. From glamour models to footballers to empire builders, they all have a different story to tell, but each has a common thread - they overcame adversity by focusing on the positives.

That is the way of the world; to achieve in life we must allow positive reasons why 'we can' to flood our consciousness, and drown out negative reasons why we can't.

This attitude to studying is paramount for the student. To successfully complete a training program, an optimistic mindset is the biggest tool in a trainee's workbox. A positive approach brings about all sorts of possibilities, circumstances, answers and opportunities to achieve. By contrast, a pessimistic outlook blocks our learning receptors and thwarts creativity .

This is because of our Reticular Activation System - a mechanism that automatically tells our brain what to focus on. Over our lives, we've experienced a huge number things that no longer remain in the forefront of our minds - the majority of what we've learned moves from our conscious mind to our sub-conscious mind, a kind of cupboard that stores all our past beliefs and knowledge.

When we attempt consciously to do something, our RAS (Reticular Activation System) will search for any relevant information in the sub-conscious mind, and bring it to our attention. If we're taking a walk down a street, only the things that have meaning to us will be noticed - the rest is just background noise.

So if our conscious mind has regularly been transferring upbeat, positive messages to our sub-conscious mind, then that's what will come back. But if our sub-conscious has been fed a bunch of downbeat, defeatist messages, then that's equally what will come back.

It seems that achievers are able to manipulate the messages filtered through to their sub-conscious minds by deliberately programming their RAS and choosing the exact messages the conscious mind sends. This makes it an essential tool for achieving goals, as the sub-conscious mind can't distinguish between real or imaginary events.

In other words, we need to create a very specific picture of our goal in our conscious mind. The RAS will then pass this on to our subconscious - which, as it believes everything it's told, will then help us achieve the goal. It does this by making us aware of all the relevant information which otherwise might have stayed as 'background noise'.

Napoleon Hill said that we can achieve any realistic goal if we keep on thinking of that goal, and stop thinking any negative thoughts about it. Of course, if we keep thinking that we can't achieve a goal, our subconscious will help us not to achieve it.

How To Count Cards

Card counting is a common strategy used to play and win at blackjack. If you have wanted to learn how to count cards, but have been worried it is too hard, then read on. You are about to learn simple steps to counting cards that will get you started. If you want additional information there are plenty of great resources all over the internet that teach the various methods of card counting. This should be enough, though, to get you started in card counting.

The high-low system is one of the most common methods of counting cards. It is also one of the easiest systems to understand. Before you start to learn how to count cards, you need to understand that card counting is not really about counting the actually number of cards, but rather figuring the ratio of high to low cards that remain in the deck. It may seem confusing, but just follow along and you should start to understand.

Assigning Values

In the high-low system you will assign point values to each card. Low cards include 2,3,4,5 and 6. These cards get a value of plus one. High cards are the 10,jack,queen,king and ace. These cards get a value of minus one. Neutral cards are the 7,8 and 9. They get no value assigned to them.

To begin with learning to count cards you should practice memorizing the values of each card. Go through a deck over and over reciting the card values until you are sure you have them memorized.

Keep the Running Count

Once you are feeling that you have the card values memorized you can start working with keeping a running count. This is more practice to get you ready for the actual game.

To keep a running count you start with a value of 0. As you flip over cards from your deck you will add or subtract the values. For example, if you have a king, queen, 2 and 8 you would end up with a count of minus 1.

Keeping the running count will likely take much more practice that just memorizing the values. It is essential, though, that you get keeping the running count down perfectly. You should keep practicing until it becomes like second nature and you don't hesitate anymore in figuring the count.

True Count

Once you are ready to play an actual game and count the cards during the game you will go from a running count to the true count. To do this you keep the running count and divide it by the number of cards remaining in the deck. The true count will tell you what to bet.

If the true count is positive then bet more. If it is negative then don't bet as much. This allows you to play smart and only bet when you have a good chance of winning. In the end you will likely win more than you lose. Card counting can be a great way to start improving your odds at the blackjack table and help you start to make more when you play.

Point Spreads And What They Mean

By Simon M Skinner

Every major sport that people bet on has a point spread system.

People who are new to betting and college football spreads may not necessarily know what these numbers mean. Point spreads are interesting because many sports analysts will talk about these point spreads on television, although there are limited areas in the US where you are allowed to gamble.

A knowledge of point spreads will increase your understanding of the sport and of the teams and this will also increase your chances of maximizing your betting wins.

Understanding college football spreads means that you have to understand sports betting in general. All sports have a point spread or line associated with them. These are determined on a game-by-game basis between the two teams that are playing each other.

Let me give you an example, if the University of Oklahoma is playing the University of Texas then there will be a point spread associated with that game.

Any two sports teams are never equal in skills, playing ability and competition experience. One team will always have a chance of being winning the game and this difference is represented by a poiint spread.

In a game between OU and UT, then the spread is going to be lower because the teams are relatively close to each other in terms of skill and competition level.

Because it is often obvious that there is one team that is much better than another, there is the point spread. If you were allowed to simply bet on the better team, then 50% of the time all bettors will win. The point spread means that the team has to win the game by a certain number of points.

Another example would be if OU is favored by 10 over UT, then OU would have to win by 11. If they win by 10 then it is called a push. You wouldn't lose or win any money if they won by 10 points.

Golfing for Beginners: Part 4

By Owen Jones

We have all the seen the bewilderingly long and yet accurate drives of Tiger Woods. When he hits the ball, it flies through the air only to land in the bang middle of the fairway, 300 odd metres away.

It is difficult not to let jealousy rise in us as we wonder if we could ever dare to hope to drive like that. Luckily, long drives are not the crux of the game of golf.

This where the "short game" comes in because without reasonable short game skills, those great long drives will have been wasted.

The short game consists of those shots that get you onto the green from about one hundred feet out, be it from the fairway, a bunker, the rough or a drop zone and includes chips, sand shots and pitches.

In this middle stage of the game, you use the higher numbered clubs, your pitching iron and sand wedge or lob wedge more often.

Most golf courses have practice areas as well as a driving range. You should spend some time working on hitting the ball onto the green from different distances. Aim for a ten-foot circle in the center of the green at first. Experiment using your wedges, but what works for someone else, might not work for you and your particular swing.

After you have got into the habit of being able to perform this skill consistently, it's time to start practising in a sand bunker. Being able to get the ball out of a bunker can cut your score dramatically.

The way to get out of a bunker is to place your feet firmly in the sand with your left foot turned to point towards the hole. Draw an imaginary 4-inch circle around the ball and try to hit the outer edge of that circle with a short, sharp chip.

Kick up lots of sand with the ball and swing completely through as normal. Don't slow down the swing at all when or after you hit the ball. It should jump up onto the green and stop almost dead. This doesn't work very well though unless the sand is soft and dry. On hard, compacted surfaces, you might need to avoid actually hitting the sand all together.

However, as in every skill in the game of golf, it is only continual practice that will help you to improve your game.

How The Top Poker Players Will Beat You

Have you ever wondered how the professional poker players get so good? What tricks do they use? What skills have they developed to be able to win so big? Most of all, how can you learn these things so you can start playing like a pro?

You need to develop the characteristics of a top poker player. You need to practice and start figuring out what things the pros do that you should do. Here are some tips on how to play like a pro:

- Know that you will lose. It is a fact that you will not win every hand. However, accept it. Don't let it get you down. Don't get into a slump. Don't let yourself believe that the odds are against you just because you see to be having a bad day. The odds stay the same. If you generally can expect that you have a 3% chance of losing in any given game then you will always have that 3% chance of loss. It doesn't matter what kind of day you are having.

- Focus on winning. Being greedy is a part of playing the game. Your goal is to win. Every player at the table has that same goal. You have to be focused on yourself. Don't make friends at the table. You should always be out for yourself and only yourself. Being greedy gets you focused and makes you better able to win.

- Don't bring your problems to the table. A good player leaves life behind when they sit down at the table. If you cannot get past something that has happened in your outside life then just don't play. You have to leave everything behind in order to really play the game.

- You must be focused and dedicated tot he game. Top players know that focus is key. You cannot be thinking about anything but the game. You cannot let anything take your attention away from the game. You must put everything into the game and be dedicated 100%.

Professional poker players are serious about the poker game. They are not out there to just have fun and socialize. They are there to win. If you want to play like a pro then you have to think and act like one. They look so serious for a reason - they are serious.

These 4 tips are going to help you to get into the same mindset as a pro. However, you will also have to work on your poker playing skills. Having the right attitude is one thing, but you also need to know how to play. So, practice. Play as often as you can and build up your skills. To be the best you must know the game inside and out. You have to have the right attitude and your mind must be focused. If you really want to be a top player then you can be. Just follow all the advice in this article, stick to it and one day you will be the top player everyone envies.

Most people will admit that they need more time for exercising in their life. However most people let other things fill up that time. Exercise time is not a time most people look forward to. That can be changed by making it fun to exercise. Studies have shown that people will stick with a project that they enjoy.

Involve your family in games and you will get your exercise also. It is not just the adult who needs to be active and get themselves moving. Children need to be involved in the exercise program also.

The toughest critics which are the customers have given it rave reviews. They seem to love the various games that they can play.

The Wii Fit program involves a balance board that is connected to the gaming console. This is one of the many accessories that you can purchase for the Nintendo Wii console.

With any fitness program that you are involved in you will want to monitor your results. Before you begin an exercise program you will need to complete the figures for your current performance. The system will return your weight, level of balance and you BMI (body mass index).

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Review

By James Ronald Wellingston

I think because of the massive amount of attention that is given to this album's so called "historical significance" that sometimes not enough attention is given to the music itself. I hope to correct that imbalance with this review which focuses entirely on the album's 13 tracks.

01. "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" - The album starts off with this brilliant Paul McCartney rocker (he wrote it, sang lead, and even played the lead guitar part) which really sets the mood (and the "concept") for the entire album. I love how the song intersperses pretty heavy rock with the somewhat ridiculous horn sections. The imagination displayed in this music is really overwhelming. I can imagine people who have grown up listening to the drab obvious music of "rock bands" like Nickelback being very confused by what's going on in this music as they've never really been introduced to imagination or creativity in music before. But if they can get over that initial confusion, I think they will begin to understand the possibilities of what music can be.

02. "With a Little Help from my Friends" - I know there are quite a few people who think that Joe Cocker really did the definitive version of this song, but I'm definitely not one of those people. I like Cocker's version, but the original contains the real magic to my ears.

03. "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" - Now that the original mono version is available easily (with the release of The Beatles in Mono Box Set) it's great to be able to hear what this album sounds like in mono (how it was "meant to be heard" originally.) And the heavy vocal effects on this song is probably one of the more interesting things about the mono mixes for me.

04. "Getting Better" - The "it couldn't get much worse" lyric that Lennon added to this McCartney song is such a great example of the way that Lennon and McCartney made each others songs better even when they weren't righting them "eyeball to eyeball" like in the early days.

05. "Fixing a Hole" - Tracks 4 through 6 are a beautiful slice of McCartney magic and I think this is actually my favorite of that great trio of songs.

06. "She's Leaving Home" - More great lyrics from Paul McCartney. What a gorgeous song too. Paul was definitely at the top of his game in 1967.

07. "Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite" - How brilliant is it that these lyrics were taken entirely from an 1800s circus poster that Lennon came across? I believe a big part of real genius is being able to be inspired by things that most people wouldn't notice. This is a good example of that.

08. "Within You Without You" - Speaking of "far out" how about we go all the way to India? Some people don't like this song because it doesn't fit with their preconceived notions of what music is supposed to sound like. To me this song is brilliant because of that very reason. We shouldn't limit ourselves.

09. "When I'm 64" - Some people don't seem to get how "tongue in cheek" this song is. McCartney loved to mess around with different musical styles in this way. In fact I think Ween sort of ripped off their whole shtick from Paul McCartney. Listen to McCartney's "fruity" songs (as George Harrison called them sometimes) from the perspective of Ween doing them and I think maybe they'll click.

11. "Lovely Rita" - I have to admit that tracks #10 and #11 are probably my least favorites on the album. But considering I quite like both of those tracks, that says a lot about how much I love this album.

11. "Good Morning Good Morning" - John was inspired by a Kellogg's Corn Flakes commercial to write this song. Pretty cool lead guitar bits played by Paul.

12. "Sgt. Pepper's (Reprise)" - This one is even better than the album opener. It rocks something fierce!

13. "A Day in the Life" - This is the best example of John & Paul combining their ideas to be something greater than they were on their own. This is also the best song ever recorded by anyone. It's just pure brilliance.

Blackjack from the Casino to Your Home

By Matthew Sagehouse

Does this sound like fun to you? You can do this with less effort than you might think. With a little preparation and some careful planning your home black jack game will be a great success. Putting thought into all of the things that are needed ahead of time will ensure that you are organized and your game will go smoothly.

Selecting the right person for the dealer should be done with careful consideration. The dealer is a very important part of the game. A good dealer can add a lot to a game and a bad dealer can make a game not very much fun at all. If the dealer gloats or broods when he is winning and loosing, other players will begin to loose interest in the game.

Making sure you have the right blackjack accessories will be crucial to the success of your game. From tables to felt layouts and then on to the decks of cards and how large of a dealing shoe and discard holder you will need are all decisions you will face. Not to mention playing card shufflers and poker chips.

You have the option of many choices for a blackjack playing surface. There are many different blackjack tables to choose from. They can range from around $150 to as much as $800 for a good quality casino black jack table. Other options are a folding table top or a felt layout which range in price from 15 to 50 dollars.

Once you choose your table option, you will need something to hold all of the decks of cards you use during your game. A two deck dealer shoe or a four deck dealer shoe will do the trick. This will hold your cards for dealing. They are also available in 4 deck and 8 deck models.

Something else that you might consider is an educational black jack DVD to help you understand more about this popular casino game. You can receive the advice of a blackjack pro in a fun and exciting production. There is always more to learn and room for improvement in your game.

How will you shuffle all of these decks of cards? Never fear, there is an economical solution. Consider a battery operated automatic card shuffler. These handy devices have capacities ranging from 2 decks to six decks and do a decent job for the money. The most expensive automatic card shuffler is around $15.

Last but not least, you might want to consider additional options for giving your game a little more of that authentic casino feel. A blackjack table tray will keep the dealer's chips nice and neat, while a cut card, sized for your deck, will keep your place for reshuffling. The more of these items you incorporate into your game, the more you and your friends will get caught up in the excitement.

Quality Reports On A Cross Section Of Big Screen Pictures

By Adrian Erickson

If you arrived to see film reviews skip down to read them. If you are looking for a movie download site here are some phrases to search. A good starting point might be "Download Internet Videos", after that try "Downloadable Movie Clips" or "Online Video Rental".

Borderline: An abnormal thriller comedy in which L.A. cop Trevor tries to assemble proof contrary to cunning drug smuggler Burr when mixing with hard gentleman MacMurray in Mexico. Starts out promisingly, although eventually slows down in silliness. Burr makes a lucid scoundrel. Cast includes Fred MacMurray, Claire Trevor, Raymond Burr, Jose Torvay, Morris Ankrum, and Roy Roberts. (88 minutes, 1950)

The King and I: Phenomenal film adaptation of the Rodgers and Hammerstein Broadway musical, based on the novel filmed in 1946 as Anna and the Baron of Siam (and redid as Anna and the Emperor). Kerr plays the widowed English school teacher who voyages to Siam to instruct the Baron's numerous kids, and finds handling His Highness her best test. Brynner gives the acting job of a generation, and was rewarded with an Oscar reconstructing his Broadway role. Kerr is charming and her harmonizing voice was dubbed by Marni Nixon. Melodies contain "Hello, Young Lovers," "Getting to Know You," and "Shall We Dance." Cast includes Deborah Kerr, Yul Brynner, Rita Moreno, Martin Benson, Terry Saunders, Rex Thompson, and Alan Mowbray. (133 minutes, 1956)

Blaze of Noon: A hokey tale of Holden torn between his spouse (Baxter) and his real love, flying. Cast includes Anne Baxter, William Holden, Sonny Tufts, William Bendix, and Sterling Hayden. (91 minutes, 1987)

Jupiter's Darling: Lavish musical of Robert Sherwood's Street to Rome, which weighs down in boredom. Williams is a temptress who dallies with Hannibal (Keel) to stop an attack on Rome. Cast includes Esther Williams, Howard Keel, George Sanders, Marge and Gower Victor, and Norma Varden. (96 minutes, 1955)

Sudden Death: The sarcastic master mind Boothe keeps the Vice President captive in a secluded box throughout Stanley Cup hockey playoffs in Pittsburgh, requesting a few billion dollars, or he'll blow up the entire stadium. However fire inspector Van Damme is on the job and Boothe has foolishly seized our idol's baby girl. Cast includes Jean-Claude Van Damme, Powers Boothe, Raymond J. Barry, Whittni Wright, Ross Malinger, Dorian Harewood, and Paul Mochnick. (110 minutes, 1995)

For Me and My Gal: Music maintains the style of vaudeville couple decided to play Palace, circa WWI. Kelly's film debut, and he and Garland harmonize title tune and other old top choices. Cast includes Judy Garland, George Murphy, Gene Kelly, Marta Eggerth, Ben Blue, Horace McNally, Keenan Wynn, Sandra Goldbacher, and Richard Quine. (104 minutes, 1942)

Great Guns: Later Laurel and Hardy Army comedy is weak, not as poor as some although far underneath their classic films. Cast includes Stan Laurel, Oliver Hardy, Sheila Ryan, Dick Nelson, and Edmund MacDonald. (74 minutes, 1941)

Marie Antoinette: This film is a visually sumptuous account of an adolescent's voyage from Vienna to the Palace at Versailles and the throne of France. Author-director Coppola's Marie (as played by Dunst) is a modern-day gal, with contemporary music set contrary to the pomp and circumstance of the 18th century life. Starts to tire eventually and ends with a cry, not a smash although there's much to like here. Cast includes Kirsten Dunst, Jason Schwartzman, Judy Davis, Tear Tom, Steve Coogan, Rose Byrne, Asia Argento, Molly Shannon, Shirley Henderson, Danny Huston, Marianne Faithfull, Mary Nighy, and Sarah Adler. (123 minutes, 2006)

Hot enough for June: Made at the peak of the James Bond fad, this spoof characteristics Bogarde as a bumbling spy in Czechoslovakia. This film is an occasionally clever, gleaming comedy. Cast includes Dirk Bogarde, Sylva Koscina, Leo McKern, Robert Morley, Roger Delgado, and John LeMesurier. (98 minutes, 1964)

I hope you enjoyed the reviews. Don't forget, search with terms like "Top 100 Movie Rentals" and "New Movie Downloads" to find download sites. Add "Online Video Rentals" to the list if the other searches don't work for you.

Training in Cisco CCNA PC Support Examined

By Jason Kendall

Cisco training is the way to go for those who need to know all about routers and switches. Routers join up computer networks over the internet or lines dedicated for that purpose. We'd recommend that you should first attempt CCNA. Don't be tempted to go straight for your CCNP as it's a considerable step up - and you'll need the CCNA and experience first to have a go at this.

The sort of jobs available with this kind of skill mean you'll be more likely to work for national or international corporations that have various different locations but still need contact. On the other hand, you might end up working for an internet service provider. Either way, you'll be in demand and can expect a high salary.

If you haven't yet had any experience of routers, then studying up to CCNA is more than enough - at this stage avoid being tempted to do the CCNP. With a few years experience behind you, you can decide if it's relevant for you to have this next level up.

Training support for students is an absolute must - look for a package that provides 24x7 direct access, as anything less will frustrate you and could hamper your progress.

Many only provide email support (too slow), and phone support is usually just a call-centre who will just take down the issue and email it over to their technical team - who will call back over the next day or so (assuming you're there), at a time suitable for them. This isn't a lot of good if you're sitting there confused over an issue and only have certain times available in which to do your studies.

As long as you look hard, you will find the top providers that give students direct-access support at all times - including evenings, nights and weekends.

If you opt for less than support round-the-clock, you'll quickly find yourself regretting it. It may be that you don't use it during the night, but you're bound to use weekends, late evenings or early mornings.

An all too common mistake that we encounter all too often is to choose a career based on a course, rather than starting with the desired end-result. Colleges are brimming over with direction-less students who chose a course based on what sounded good - in place of something that could gain them an enjoyable career or job.

It's a sad fact, but a large percentage of students begin programs that seem amazing in the sales literature, but which gets us a career that doesn't satisfy. Just ask several college graduates for a real eye-opener.

It's a good idea to understand what expectations industry may have of you. What precise exams they'll want you to gain and how you'll build your experience level. It's definitely worth spending time thinking about how far you'd like to get as often it can control your selection of accreditations.

Before setting out on a training course, you'd be well advised to chat over individual market requirements with an experienced advisor, to ensure the training course covers all the bases.

It's likely that you're quite practically minded - the 'hands-on' individual. Usually, the trial of reading reference books and manuals would be considered as a last resort, but you really wouldn't enjoy it. Check out video-based multimedia instruction if book-based learning really isn't your style.

Research into the way we learn shows that memory is aided when we involve as many senses as possible, and we get physically involved with the study process.

Modern training can now be done at home via self-contained CD or DVD materials. Instructor-led tutorials will mean you'll find things easier to remember via the expert demonstrations. Then you test your knowledge by using practice-lab's.

You'll definitely want a study material demo' from any training college. You should ask for slide-shows, instructor-led videos and interactive labs where you get to practice.

Some companies only have access to training that is purely available online; sometimes you can get away with this - but, imagine the problems if you lose your internet access or you get intermittent problems and speed issues. A safer solution is the provision of physical CD or DVD discs that removes the issue entirely.

Finding job security in the current climate is incredibly rare. Companies can remove us from the workplace at the drop of a hat - as long as it fits their needs.

In actuality, security now only emerges in a rapidly growing marketplace, driven by work-skills shortages. It's this alone that creates the appropriate setting for a secure marketplace - a far better situation.

Reviewing the computer industry, a key e-Skills study highlighted a twenty six percent shortfall of skilled workers. Or, to put it differently, this highlights that Great Britain is only able to source 3 trained people for every 4 jobs that are available today.

Well trained and commercially accredited new workers are consequently at a resounding premium, and it's estimated to remain so for many years to come.

We can't imagine if a better time or market circumstances is ever likely to exist for gaining qualification for this rapidly growing and developing sector.

Burning Blade Gold World Of Warcraft

By Mikey Kovnic

The Burning Blade clan of orcs has figured prominently in all three wars in the World of Warcraft. They have battled and bested Thrall's new Horde and even after the Third War continue to thirst for vengeance against the new Horde. As orcs, the members of the Burning Blade clan are powerful warriors who will do their utmost to destroy their enemies without any apparent regard for their own safety. They are also considered Blademasters by friend and foe alike. Earning Burning Blade Gold is not only practical but also a status symbol in the World of Warcraft.

If you don't think that you'll be able to survive a standoff with the Burning Blade clan because you are too new to the game, there are many other safer ways that you can earn gold in World of Warcraft.

Regardless of what gold earning methods you choose, it is important that you immediately start to earn as much gold as you can at whatever level you are. You need gold to buy equipment and mounts. You need gold to complete quests. You really need gold for everything in this world.

When you first join the game, you will need to pick a profession. It is best to pick a profession that will earn you a lot of gold. New players should become gatherers. A gatherer heads off into the wilderness and finds resources that he can sell to a vendor or at the Auction House. White and gray items are the ones that should go to the vendors.

Vendors will take items at what amounts to a wholesale price. If you can establish a good relationship with a vendor you should have a steady buyer for all your gathered items and therefore a steady source of gold as you level up.

You should also make sure that you are properly equipped to maximize your gathering time. Even though it may hurt a little to buy an expensive bag right when you're starting out, you should put out the money for a larger bag so that you can put more items in it.

This way you can send your expensive items to your broker character and he will sell them for you. In the meantime you can stay out in the field and earn even more gold. Getting a large bag will also help you to earn your gold because you can haul more items on each trip.

No matter what you decide to do to earn your gold in World of Warcraft, you should focus on earning gold for at least your first forty levels. Burning Blade Gold is great gold to have, but any will get you what you want.
